I have filed for bank managers, etc. and so far no one loses their job. See 11 USC 525(b). Although tough to prove if they fire her for something else. In New Jersey , tenancy by the entirety does not extend to personal property. In Fort Lee Savings & Loan Ass’n v. Li Butti, 55 NJ 532, the Supreme Court held that there is no justifiable basis for extending tenancy by the entirety to the personal property that replaces it. See Judge Carton’s dissenting opinion, 106 NJ Super 211. if the debtor owned a property by the entireties, it could be sold by the trustee under Section 363(h) and again (putting on a trustee hat), if the debtor sold property and then transferred the proceeds to his wife, that could be attacked as a fraudulent transfer. Basically, even outside of bankruptcy there are times when a creditor can levy one spouse’s interest in property owned by the entireties.
